Consultancy
One on one practitioner consultations are available with me! These appointments are intended to support practitioners through development and integration of trauma informed and queer and trans literate approaches into their work. These appointments are open to any practitioners in any field. As, I work specifically in manual body work, we may not be able to share specific technique applications but trauma informed concepts remain the same.
I do not consider myself an expert on any subjects. I speak from a perspective based on my lived and professional experience. This is informed directly by the intersections of my oppressions and priveliges. I invite folks to use these appointments as a collaboration, an extra tool to shape and flesh out your approaches, get your brain going and feel connected.
What I can do:
Be a sounding board
Connect you to resources
Help you connect to a deeper understanding of your role
Help you develop trauma informed and queer and trans literate perspectives
Help you develop manual applications and understanding of biomechanics
Offer an open and non judgemental space that invites ethical accountability
Offer solidarity through honesty and respect
What I cant do:
Offer business or marketing advice
Offer legal advice
Be your representative, endorse your projects or be accountable for your behaviour in or outside your practice
Be involved in formalised accountability processes
Be unequivocally supportive of you because you are paying me

paid supervision with a therapist
consultation with colleagues
regular seeking of community feedback
Consultations are priced at 90-150 AUD/hour sliding scale. Appointments are in person or via zoom.
